Xaivian Lee (Florida) — 6’3″ playmaking point guard with advanced vision, creativity and NBA potential

Xaivian Lee — 6’3″, 180 lbs
Senior • 22 years old

Breaking down one of the most creative playmaking point guards in this draft cycle. A player with advanced court vision, good feel in the pick and roll, a tight handle, elite speed and some defensive chops, too.

Lee will need to develop a floater/runner/in-between game, as more than 90% of his shot attempts were either layups or 3-pointers, and he doesn’t have the size or athleticism to consistently finish through traffic.

He’ll also need to improve his 3-point shot after making just 29% last season.

But he’s a point guard who wasn’t invited to the Draft Combine and plays with a certain flair and fearlessness that has value and warrants a complete look.
